The name of the Limited Liability Company is: *

The name of an LLC must include the words “Limited Liability Company” or the abbreviation “LLC” or “L.L.C.” Most business owners choose to simply place the letters "LLC" after the business name. The name must also be distinguishable from the names of other business entities on file with the NYDOS. If you order an LLC name that is unavailable or impermissible we will contact you to request an alternate.
