Arrange for adult volunteers: Adult-to-student ratio: 1:3 (Pre/K), 1:5 (Gr 1 -3), 1:8 (Gr 4+). Please do not bring siblings, as full attention is needed to assist students and instructor with handing out supplies and cleaning up after the program. Provide volunteers with itinerary and guidelines.
Inform Registration of special needs or if you plan to combine or split classes.
Arrange a Room with access to water if you have more than one art program running on the same day. This only applies to messy clay, painting or printmaking based art program cleanup requirements.
Select
Inform Registration if enrollment has changed at least 24 hours before your program takes place (email
[email protected]
).
Remind students to dress appropriately and to wear art-proof clothing if doing an art program.
