Book Bus: Note bus drop-off / pick-up locations and travel between sites (if necessary). Schedule adequate walking time to and from drop-off points. Give maps to bus drivers.
Arrange for adult volunteers: Adult-to-student ratio: 1:3 (Pre/K), 1:4 (Gr 1– 3), 1:6 (Gr 4 +). Please do not bring siblings, as full attention is needed. Provide helpers with itinerary, maps and guidelines.
Inform Registration of special needs or if you plan to combine or split classes.

Inform Registration if enrollment has changed at least 24 hours before your program takes place (email

Remind students to dress appropriately for walking outside and to wear art- proof clothing. Programs run rain or shine.

Proceed through public areas quietly. Adults must accompany students at all times.
Studio locations are subject to change - an instructor will direct you to your studio when you arrive. Public programming may change at any time and you may be redirected to another space.
Lunch/Snacks: No food or drinks in program spaces.
