We may replace your item depending on the availability, or we may offer a fair credit for this item (Item valued on the box)
Please upload 3-5 pictures; make sure to include images of the tracking label, 2-3 photos of the broken/damaged item, and a photo of the outside box.
Once we receive your claim, we will inspect the photos and the information and contact you back with a resolution.
